The Philippine Seed Industry Association joins the agricultural community in mourning the passing of Dr. Simon Groot, a true visionary and icon in the seed industry.

Dr. Groot’s lifelong commitment to improving the lives of smallholder farmers through innovation and access to quality seeds has transformed agriculture not only in the Philippines, but across the world.
